同尺度和过程表达的12 个土壤侵蚀模型进行比较分析,依据模型预测精度、过程描述、应用方便程度和情景模拟能力等
指标对每个模型进行评估。结果表明: 模拟预测精度不随模型复杂程度的提高而提高; 经验统计模型有利于土壤流失量
土壤侵蚀模型发展应着重于提升数据质量、加强模型开发与模型评估3 个方面。

Other Abstract

Soil erosion models are an effective means to understand soil erosion and sediment transport processes and their response to
environmental change. Numerous soil erosion models have been developed. However,none of them has been widely accepted as being robust
for the Loess Plateau,because they cannot well account for the unique characteristics and processes in the region. In this study,twelve soil
erosion models,which consisted of a broad range of model types,structures and scales,were evaluated based on a review of literatures. The
evaluation criteria employed included prediction accuracy,process representation,convenience,and potential for use in scenario studies.
Evaluation results show that physically-based and empirical models are not categorically more powerful over one another for the Loess Plateau
soil erosion modelling; empirical models are useful for a quick assessment of soil erosion rates or sediment yields over an area,while
physically-based models,particularly the spatially-distributed ones,are more suitable for a detailed assessment of soil erosion and transport
processes. Further improvement of soil erosion models for the Loess Plateau depends upon the enhancement of data quality,model
development and model evaluation.
