以‘日本晴’水稻为试验材料, 研究铝胁迫对水稻幼苗生长的影响, 及铝胁迫下其根系和功能叶片中脂质含量及组分的
变化。结果表明Al处理显著抑制了水稻根尖的伸长和生长, 降低了植株的生物量以及叶绿素含量。铝胁迫后, 半乳糖脂含
量变化显著, 根和叶中的单半乳糖甘油二酯(MGDG)和双半乳糖甘油二酯(DGDG)含量均降低; 而磷脂(PL)及硫代异鼠李糖
甘油二酯(SQDG)的含量在根中表现为上升, 在叶中则显著降低。此外, 根和叶中的脂肪酸不饱和度均降低。由此可见, 铝
胁迫引起水稻膜脂组分和含量的变化, 这种变化可能是铝抑制植物生长的重要原因之一。

Other Abstract

The presence of aluminum (Al) in acidic soils is a major abiotic stress limiting the production of
crops. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of Al on membrane lipid composition and content
in the roots and shoots of rice (Oryza sativa L. cv. Nipponbare) plants grown under hydroponic conditions. After
exposed to 100 μmol·L-1 Al (pH 4.5) for 48 hours, the growth of root tips was inhibited and the biomass of
shoots and roots was decreased signifi cantly. Meanwhile, Al treatment also caused a decrease in chlorophyll
content. The lipid analysis showed that the levels of galactolipids, including monogalactosyldiacylglycerol
(MGDG) and digalactosyldiacylglycerol (DGDG) were decreased under Al treatment in both roots and leaves.
Additionally, the contents of phospholipids (PL) and sulfoquinovosyldiacylglycerol (SQDG) were also changed
under Al stress. Al also caused a decrease in membrane fl uidity since the double bond index in galactolipids and
phospholipids were decreased. Taken together, the lipid content and composition were changed signifi cantly under
Al stress in rice, and this change may lead to the decrease in membrane fl uidity and increase in membrane
permeability, which lead to damages in membrane structure and function, and fi nally inhibit plant growth.
