芍药花精油化学成分及其抗氧化活性

Abstract

【目的】研究不同采摘时间鲜芍药花精油的化学成分及其体外抗氧化活性,为适时采收、合理开发及
利用芍药花资源提供科学依据。【方法】采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取日出前(06:00-07:00)和下午(17:00-18:00)采摘
的芍药花精油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其化学成分进行分析鉴定,采用峰面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含
量;测定质量浓度为20,50,100,150和200μg/mL芍药花精油溶液对DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基的清除效果,及对
亚油酸脂质过氧化的抑制作用。【结果】从采摘于日出前的芍药花精油中共鉴定出35种化学组分,占精油总量的
98.85%,主要成分为正二十五烷(21.14%)、正二十九烷(10.52%)、正二十三烷(9.30%)、棕榈酸(9.14%)、亚油酸
(8.43%)、正二十四烷(6.74%)、3-十二烷基-2,5-呋喃二酮(4.13%)、正二十一烷(3.58%)、金合欢基丙酮(3.45%)、
正二十六烷(3.21%)、香叶基芳樟醇(2.78%)等。从采摘于日出后经日晒的芍药花精油中共鉴定出27种化学组分,
占精油总量的98.10%,主要成分为正二十五烷(22.54%)、棕榈酸(11.81%)、正二十七烷(10.27%)、正二十三烷
(8.28%)、六氢金合欢基丙酮(8.80%)、金合欢基丙酮(7.35%)、正二十四烷(6.07%)、正二十六烷(3.96%)、正二十
一烷(3.90%)、β-4,8,13-杜法三烯-1,3-二醇(3.40%)等。精油体外抗氧化活性结果表明,芍药花精油对DPPH 自由
基和ABTS自由基具有一定的清除能力,同时对亚油酸脂质过氧化具有一定的抑制作用,且体外抗氧化作用随着精
油质量浓度的增大而增强。【结论】芍药花精油化学成分较丰富,且具有较好的体外抗氧化活性,在食品香料和医药
方面具有较高的开发利用价值。

Other Abstract

Abstract:【Objective】The chemical composition and antioxidant activities of essential oil fromPaeonia
lactiflora Pall.flowers collected at different times were determined.【Method】The essential oil was extracted
fromP.lactifloraflowers by hydro distillation and the chemical composition was analyzed by gas
chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The relative contents were determined by peak area normalization method and the antioxidant activities were evaluated based on scavenging 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(
DPPH)radical,2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)di-ammonium salt(ABTS)
radical,and inhibition of lipid peroxidation in linoleic acid.【Result】Thirty-five compounds accounting for
98.85%of the essential oil were obtained from flowers collected before sunrise,and major components included
pentacosane(21.14%),octacosane(10.52%),tricosane(9.30%),palmitic acid(9.14%),linoleic
acid(8.43%),tetracosane(6.74%),3-dodecyl-2,5-furandione(4.13%),heneicosane(3.58%),farnesyl
acetone(3.45%),hexacosane (3.21%),and geranyllinalool (2.78%).Twenty-seven compounds of
98.10% were obtained from flowers collected after sunrise.The main compounds were pentacosane
(22.54%),palmitic acid(11.81%),octacosane(10.27%),tricosane(8.28%),hexahydrofarnesyl acetone
(8.80%),farnesyl acetone(7.35%),tetracosane(6.07%),hexacosane(3.96%),heneicosane(3.90%),
andβ-4,8,13-duvatriene-1,3-diol(3.40%).The essential oil had strong scavenging effects against DPPH
free radical and ABTS free radical,and inhibited the lipid peroxidation of linoleic acid.The anti-oxidation ability
increased with the increase of essential oil concentration.【Conclusion】The essential oil formP.lactifloraflowers
were rich in chemical components and had high antioxidant activities.Thus,it is a natural
potential source of preservative for food and other allied industries.
